Welcome to our Registration page for RENEW Women’s Conference 2026!

Registration for the 2026 RENEW Women’s Conference is now open, and we require a separate application for every attendee, including children, as walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Participants can choose between a full weekend package featuring onsite accommodation for Friday and Saturday and all meals or a day-visitor pass for those staying offsite. To secure the Early Bird rate of $280, you must register by August 31, after which the price increases to $300. Please ensure all bookings are finalized by September 18, 2026, as the venue will not accept any late registrations beyond this date.

Note that most rooms have either 5 or 6 beds, but either one or two are top bunks i.e. four people can sleep on single beds or in rooms with 5 (one person will have to sleep on the top bunk) & in rooms of 6 (two people would have to sleep on top bunk).

If you list that you would like to stay with your church group we will make sure that you are with at least one other person from your church/group but if you do not list the people you would prefer to stay with BY NAME, we can not guarantee that you will be placed with them so try to be as clear as possible on the registration form.

Also please do not list more than six people that you would like to stay with as we will have to split up groups if you do.

If I have to cancel my registration prior to a week of the event, for any reason I will recieve a refund less a $50 administration fee. Any cancellation less than a week will not receive any refund.
